Find answers to common questions about event registration and payments

Our events are open to both members and non-members, unless specified otherwise. Some events may have exclusive member benefits, but non-members are welcome to register for most programs.

Payment follows immediately after completing the registration on the page. The page accepts payments via:

  • Mobile money (MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo)
  • Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

Ensure you have sufficient funds or credit before initiating a payment.

Before visiting the page to start your registration:

  • We recommend having sufficient funds on your Mobile Money wallet or bank card as payment is required to complete the process.
  • An Invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email after completing the registration form.
  • Use the back button on your device or browser to return to registration page if you're not ready to make an online payment immediately.
  • Your registration will be recorded in the system, awaiting payment.

For offline payments (corporate payments), you may print the invoice from your email and present to your sponsor (or employer) to issue a cheque or transfer the funds into any of our bank accounts below:

Some events are free, while others may require a registration fee for non-members. Check the specific event details for pricing information.

Yes, non-members who attend eligible events (e.g., workshops, seminars) will receive a certificate of participation, unless stated otherwise.

Registered attendees will receive event details, including links to materials (if available), via email before the event. Some resources may be accessible only during or after the event.
